MARGATE – The Margate Mothers Association will host its annual fireworks display at 9 p.m. tonight, July 4. The fireworks will be set off on the beach at Huntington Avenue behind the Margate Public Library.

Revelers celebrating their independence are encouraged to bring a blanket or beach chair to enjoy the fireworks display. The Ventnor Fishing Pier is offering free admission to the pier to enjoy the fireworks from a vantage point over the water.

Atlantic City is planning two fireworks displays as well, one at 9:20 p.m. at Borgata, which is celebrating its 15th anniversary, and the second at 10 p.m. at Tropicana.
