ATLANTIC CITY – Ludwig Financial partnered with Operation Warm and Vagabond Kitchen and Tap House to provide brand new winter coats for students in Atlantic City.

Fundraising goals were surpassed with a total of $20,000 raised and 1,000 new coats given to students at Texas Avenue  Sovereign Avenue school. The Casino Reinvestment Development Authority donated $1,000 for the cause. CRDA employees donated an additional $360 toward the effort.

“The CRDA takes pride in our community outreach, especially at this time of year,” CRDA Executive Director Matt Doherty said.

Several CRDA employees, along with other volunteers, were on hand to distribute the coats to the Texas Avenue schoolchildren on Friday, Dec. 14.
