ATLANTIC CITY – Back by popular demand, the “Fundamentals of Craft Beverages in New Jersey” series is returning in February through Stockton University’s Office of Continuing Studies.

Designed for hospitality professionals, the series will feature seminars taught by experts with local, national and global experiences in their fields.

All seminars will be held 6-8:30 p.m. at the Stockton University Atlantic City Academic Center, 3711 Atlantic Ave. Participants must be 21 or older.

Feb 12 – Craft Beverage Overview with Rob Callaghan of Tuckahoe Brewing Company

Feb. 19 – Beer with Shawn Grigus of Tomfoolery Brewing Company and Guy Zompa of Little Water Distillery

Feb. 26 – Spirits with Mark Ganter of Little Water Distillery

March 6 – Wine with Paul Tonacci of Hard Rock Hotel & Casino

The cost of attendance is $49.99 per seminar or $189 for the entire series. Those who participate in all seminars will receive a Certificate of Completion when finished.
