VENTNOR – Mayor Beth Holtzman Thursday, March 14 swore in Lt. Joseph Fussner to the rank of captain in the Ventnor City Police Department.
Holtzman said Fussner possesses the high professional standards and leadership abilities to fill the post and is respected by the rank and file.
“Your qualities will compliment Chief Biagi,” Holtzman said.
Holtzman commended Fusser as being “a good man” and his parents for raising him well.
