OCEAN CITY – United Methodist Communities at The Shores will hold two days of presentations in April about Alzheimer’s disease and dementia.

The programs are free to the public and will be held at UMC at The Shores, 2201 Bay Ave. in Ocean City.

The first is scheduled for Wednesday, April 10, and will include the presentation “Understanding Alzheimer’s and Dementia” by the Alzheimer’s Association of Delaware Valley.

On the same day, speaker Lori La Bey will give a presentation titled, “A Day in the Life of Dementia.”

The programs on April 10 will be held from 9 a.m. to noon and from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m.

Then on Thursday, April 11, there will be a screening of the film, “A Timeless Love,” which is about love, devotion and Alzheimer’s. Screenings are scheduled for 10 a.m. to noon and 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.
