ATLANTIC CITY – The Casino Reinvestment Development Authority is sponsoring free showings of top box office hits two nights a week July 7 through Aug. 29 in two locations, Bartram Avenue and Gardner’s Basin.

“Movies Under the Stars” adds another dimension to the daily entertainment presented in Atlantic City this summer, courtesy of the CRDA. The CRDA free Boardwalk Summer Entertainment program takes place at Kennedy Plaza on the Atlantic City Boardwalk seven nights a week and features music from all genres.

Movies Under The Stars features some of today’s top movies, including “Black Panther,” “The Lego Movie 2 (The Second Part),” “Dumbo,” “Captain Marvel,” “Mary Poppins Returns,” “Incredibles 2” and “Spider-Man Into The Spider-Verse.”

To kick off the free summer movies this season, “Jaws” will be presented Sunday, July 7 at Gardner’s Basin.

All movies will be presented at dusk on Sundays at Gardner’s Basin, and at dusk on Thursdays at Bartram Avenue and the Boardwalk (between Columbia and Kingston avenues). Bring a chair or blanket, a soft drink and popcorn and enjoy a free evening out. All movies are rated for family viewing. If inclement weather, the movie will be shown the following evening.
