OCEAN CITY – The Alzheimer’s Association will hold a Yoga on the Beach event 7:30 p.m. Wednesday, June 19 on the North End Inlet Beach in Ocean City (last street before OC/Longport bridge).
Yoga instructor Gina Rollins is partnering with Journey Hospice in the fight against Alzheimer’s and helping to raise funds and awareness about the disease. Rollins will guide participants through a series of yoga poses with a focus on breathing and relaxation. All experience levels are welcome.
Participants are asked to bring their own yoga mat or towel. The practice is free, but a suggested donation of $5 will help the cause.
