A free beach shuttle will run through Downbeach towns Saturday, July 20.

DOWNBEACH – A free shuttle will travel between the north end of Longport, throughout Margate and part of Ventnor Saturday, July 20. The “Shore Shuttle” will transport beach goers to and from the beach and offers riders beach essentials, including SPF lip balm and luxury beach towels to ensure a continuous day of fun in the sun.

The shuttle, which is a “pop-up” promoting the opening of the Four Seasons Hotel at the Comcast Center in Philadelphia, will be roving from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. with breaks between 12:30-1 p.m. and 3:30-4 p.m.

“We are looking forward to officially opening in Philadelphia on Aug. 12 and bringing our legendary service and world-class amenities to the Greater Philadelphia region,” Four Seasons General Manager Ben Shank said. “Our pop-up #FSShoreShuttle is just one of the ways we are celebrating our opening with the community; sharing our version of hospitality with the greater Philadelphia area during the summer months.”

The 219-room hotel is located atop the 1,121 foot Comcast Technology Center in the city’s downtown area, and includes restaurants by Jean-Georges Vongerichten and Greg Vernick, a spa and wellness sanctuary and meeting spaces.
