Margate Public Library
Thursday nights are kids nights at the Margate Public Library. The library is hosting children’s activities 6:30 p.m. Thursday evenings through Aug. 29 at the Bloom Pavilion, Huntington Avenue at the beach.
Here’s the lineup of activities:
July 25 – Philadelphia Zoo on Wheels: Around the World Safari with some special animal friends.
Aug. 1 – Law Day with the Margate Police Department, kids climb into police cruisers, motorcycles, rescue vehicles and more. Demonstrations, refreshments and music in the parking lot behind the library.
Aug. 8 – Yosi’s Beach Party, dancing and singing and movin’ to the groovin.
Aug. 15 – One Man, One Dog Comedy Show, for children and their families. John Hadfield brings music, magic, juggling and his awesome mind-reading dog.
Aug. 22 – Dr. Zing Zong’s Mus-Icko-Logical Show, features silly fun with music, dancing, singing, juggling and jokes.
Aug. 29 – Music Play Patrol, interactive adventures in making music.
Seating is limited. Doors open 6:15 p.m. Outdoor programs are weather permitting.
