GALLOWAY TOWNSHIP – Community Greenhouse Co-founder and NY Giants Super Bowl champion Amani Toomer will be among the featured speakers at the first New Jersey Cannabis Career Fair and Business Expo being held 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Friday, Sept. 13 at the Stockton University Campus Center, 101 Vera King Farris Dr.

The event, co-sponsored by the NJ Cannabusiness Association and the Stockton University Cannabis Studies program, is open to the public and will also feature vendors and industry employers who will be available for job interviews.

Other speakers include NJ Senator Troy Singleton, NJ CannaBusiness Association President Scott Rudder, and Executive Director of the Coalition for Medical Marijuana in New Jersey Ken Wolski.

Topics covered will include the New Jersey medicinal marijuana program, the role of nurses in medical cannabis, cannabis cultivation, cannabis careers and labor issues, and how cannabis businesses can strengthen communities.

Admission to the workshops is $25.  College students with valid ID can attend for free. The vendor area will be free and open to the public.
