EGG HARBOR TOWNSHIP – The Atlantic County Utilities Authority will host its fifth Drive Electric Celebration in honor of National Drive Electric Week 4-7 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 19 at the ACUA Environmental Park, 6700 Delilah Road.
Area dealerships and vendors will be on site to answer questions and show off electric vehicles, motorcycles and bicycles.
Representatives from the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection, Atlantic City Electric and Stockton University will also discuss the benefits and incentives for going electric.
The event will cover the latest incentives and benefits of switching to electric vehicles, grant opportunities for installing electric charging stations and the benefits of electric vehicles for business fleets.
