The City of Margate Public Works Department will be conducting Hydrant flushing 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Monday through Friday, April 13-17.
Should you experience cloudy or discolored water during this time, you should run the water in sinks and showers for at least 20 minutes or until the water clears.
Should the water continue to be cloudy after running, call the water department at 609-822-5038.
Residents are asked to refrain from flushing wipes of any kind down the toilet, the sewer system isn’t designed to process that material.
