The Atlantic County Clerk’s office has announced that beginning April 24, it will begin mailing vote-by-mail ballots to all registered voters for Ventnor’s May 12 municipal election.
Ventnor registered voters will receive the following items in their Vote-by-Mail package:
- Ballot
- Certificate envelope
- Prepaid postage return envelope
- Vote-by-Mail ballot completion instructions
- Letter explaining why you are receiving this ballot
NJ Gov. Phil Murphy issued Executive Order 105 on March 19, which ordered Ventnor’s May municipal election be held by Vote-by-Mail ballots. It also ordered Atlantic City’s special election to be held on May 12.
The incumbent commissioners Beth Holtzman, Tim Kriebel and Lance Landgraf are running unopposed on the Imagine Ventnor slate.
