Linda Goodman of Mays Landing left AtlantiCare Regional Medical Center Mainland Campus in Pomona, followed by Eliecer Miguel-Mendez, who left the hospital’s Atlantic City Campus.
“We only had a peek of sunshine in Atlantic County on this cloudy day,” Critical Care Chairman Edward Hamaty, D.O. said. “But inside the hospital campuses, smiles were shining brightly behind our masks. Our dedicated care team is pleased to honor these and all our patients and their families who have been impacted by COVID-19. We urge the community to join us in recognizing them and all healthcare providers and essential workers by continuing to practice social distancing, masking in public, washing hands thoroughly and seeking care for symptoms of COVID-19 and other illnesses.”
Today we celebrated the release from our hospital of our 99th and 100th patients who had tested positive for COVID-19. Linda Goodman, of Mays Landing, left our Mainland Campus, followed by Eliecer Miguel-Mendez, of Atlantic City, who left from our City Campus.Providers and staff of both campuses lined the hallways as they thanked and congratulated the patients. #coronavirus #covid19 #atlanticare #atlanticaresgotthis
