LONGPORT – The deadline to file a nominating petition to run in the Nov. 3 Board of Commissioners election is 4 p.m. Aug. 31.
Any resident interested in running for one of three seats on the Longport Board of Commissioners may obtain a nominating petition packet from the Borough Clerk’s Office at Borough Hall, 2305 Atlantic Ave. The office is open 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday. Masks are required to enter the building.
Three seats are open for the office of Borough Commissioner.
