VENTNOR – Shirat Hayam Synagogue will host a virtual “Meet the Candidates” forum 11 a.m. Sunday, Aug. 23 on the Zoom meeting platform.The public is welcome to join, but registration is required to get the Zoom access information.
The virtual forum will feature candidates running in the Atlantic County General Election, including US House of Representatives, Atlantic County Sheriff and Surrogate, Freeholder-at-large and District 3 Freeholder.
Questions not directed to individual candidates were submitted before the Aug. 17 deadline. No questions will be accepted during the forum. Time will be allotted for the candidates introductions and final statements.
