Every vote counts.

The state wants to assure voters that every vote will be counted as long as it is received, cast or postmarked by 8 p.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 8.

Downbeach voters can drop off their mail ballots in the Secure Drop Box located in front of Ventnor City Hall, 6201 Atlantic Ave. by Election Day, or at the polling place in your municipality on Election Day. The polls will be open 6 a.m. to 8 p.m. You can also drop off your ballot at the Atlantic County Board of Elections office, 5903 Main Street in Mays Landing.

Polling places are located in Ventnor, Margate and Longport.

VENTNOR
D-1, 2 & 3 Ventnor Community Building, 6500 Atlantic Ave.
D- 4 & 5 VFW Post #3361, 601 N. Dorset Ave.

MARGATE
D-1, 2, 3 & 4 Margate Municipal Building, 9001 Winchester Ave. (Union & Winchester avenues)

If you chose to go to your polling place and you do not bring your signed, sealed mail-in ballot, you will vote by provisional ballot. Arrangements will be made for those with disabilities to vote electronically.

You can also track you ballot by setting up an account at https://nj.gov/state/elections/vote-track-my-ballot.shtml. The easiest way to track your ballot is to use the Voter ID printed on your ballot, the last four digits of your Social Security number or your driver’s license number.
