VENTNOR – According to Superintendent Carmella Somershoe, a member of the Ventnor Educational Community Center has tested positive for COVID-19. Out of an abundance of caution, all classes will be held remotely this week.

Somershoe made the announcement Sunday evening in a robocall to the school community.

Students are instructed to log on to the remote learning portal on Nov. 2 and 4. All learning will be done remotely this week.

The district will return to its normal hybrid schedule on Nov 9.

Further information will be emailed to parents.
