Atlantic County Health Department today announced 219 new COVID-19 positives and the deaths of three women with pre-existing conditions – a 79-year-old Hamilton Township resident, 93-year-old Linwood resident and an 85-year-old Buena Vista Township resident.

The positive cases were reported for 99 males, ages 2-88, and 120 females, ages 7-94, bringing the total number of cases since the beginning of the pandemic to 9,969 people. There have been 299 deaths and 4,394 reported as recovered.

Drive through testing continues 9 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. each Tuesday in December, by appointment, for county residents at 617 Dolphin Ave., Northfield, behind the county’s public works yard.  If available, appointments can be made online at: https://www.atlantic-county.org/covid/
