Congregations at Shirat Hayam entertained during Gov. Phil Murphy’s Chanukah celebration.
VENTNOR – Cantor Jacki Menaker represented Ventnor Congregation Shirat Hayam at Gov. Phil Murphy and First Lady Tammy Murphy’s virtual Chanukah party on Dec. 17.
With guitar in hand, Cantor Menaker entertained the group with the singing of festive and spirited Chanukah tunes. This year’s celebrations took place in unusual ways, but remembering the Power of Light Over Darkness and Miracles of the Season was more important than ever.
