Atlantic County Health Department today reported seven deaths from COVID-19, including a 45-year-old Ventnor woman. Other reported deaths include an 81-year-old Absecon man, a 77-year-old Atlantic City man, two Egg Harbor Township residents – a 63-year-old man and a 72-year-old woman, a 71-year-old Galloway Township man and an 84-year-old Hammonton man. All but one had pre-existing conditions.

The county also reported 76 new COVID-19 positives in 30 males, ages 1 month to 79, and 46 females, ages 4 months to 76. These new cases bring the total number of positives to 21,425, with 540 deaths and 8,693 reported as cleared from isolation.

Weekly COVID-19 drive-through testing is available by appointment 9-11:30 a.m. each Tuesday at the county’s Public Works yard, 617 Dolphin Ave., Northfield until further notice. Appointments can be made by calling 1-888-285-2684 or by accessing the online testing appointment link at www.aclink.org.
