AtlantiCare’s T.E.A.M. (Teach, Encourage, Assist and Motivate) Diabetes program holds virtual support group meetings at 6 p.m. on the first Monday of every month. Attendance is free and open to those with diabetes as well as their family members and other support persons.
Upcoming meeting dates are April 5, May 3, June 7, July 5, Aug. 2, Sept. 6, Oct. 4, Nov. 1 and Dec. 6.
