The Atlantic County Health Department today announced 6 new COVID-19 deaths in three Galloway Township women, ages 67, 75 and 91; two Pleasantville residents, a 56-year-old woman and an 89-year-year-old man from a longterm care facility; and a 63-year-old Northfield man. All had pre-existing conditions.

There were a total of 117 new COVID-19 positives in 62 males, ages 11 months to 79, and 55 females, ages 8-75.

To date, there have been 24,121 positives and 589 deaths in Atlantic County. There were 12,478 patients cleared from isolation.

Cumulative data shows 52 cases and one death in Longport, 417 cases and 12 deaths in Margate, and 753 cases and 15 deaths in Ventnor.

Weekly COVID-19 drive-through testing at the county’s Public Works facility, 617 Dolphin Ave., Northfield is available by appointment 9-11:30 a.m. each Tuesday until further notice. Appointments can be made by calling 1-888-285-2684 or by accessing the online testing appointment link at www.aclink.org.
