VENTNOR – The Ventnor Fishing Pier, which underwent renovations last year, will open for the summer season Tuesday, April 20.
Residents and visitors may obtain memberships to fish on the pier, which provides key access 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Memberships can be obtained at the Pier Office during business hours. The pier is located on the boardwalk at Cambridge Avenue.
The fee is $175 for adults, ages 18-61; $150 for seniors over age 62; and $50 for youths, ages 10-17. There is a special spectator rate of $50 for those who do not fish.
Daily prices are also available: $10 for adults ages 18-61, and $5 for youths and seniors, between the house of 8 a.m. and 6 p.m.
Payment can be made by cash or check.
