File/A Margate City Police Officer registers a youngster’s bicycle during a bicycle rodeo held last year.
The Margate City Police Department will present its annual “Law Day” event 6:30 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 11 in the parking lot behind the Margate Public Library, 8100 Atlantic Ave.
The event includes bicycle registrations, child car seat installations, police equipment displays, patrol vehicles, motorcycles, along with food, music, face painting, giveaways and more.
The event is being sponsored by Margate PBA #65.
Children and families are welcome to attend this free event.
