MARGATE - Although it was too windy Sunday to enjoy a tour of the backbay by kayak, this year's American Legion Wounded Warrior Week recipient U.S. Army Maj. Todd Berrios and his wife Mari were able to have a wetlands tour on a pontoon boat, courtesy of Rachel Scott of Ray Scott's Dock.
Berrios is the Legion's 10th Wounded Warrior Week recipient. He and Mari arrived on Wednesday, Sept. 22 for a weeklong vacation at the Jersey Shore, courtesy of American Legion Post 469 and its contributors. He was honored in a military styled reception on Sunday.
