The Margate City Planning Board has scheduled a special meeting 6:30 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 14 to hear a development application for a property on the 9700-block of Atlantic Avenue, located in the Multifamily Residential zone.
The board will also hear any applications for development that were unable to be heard at the board’s Sept. 30 regular meeting and adopt decisions and resolutions related to already approved applications. Formal action will be taken.
Elar Partners, LLC has proposed a six-unit development for Block 31.02, Lot 13, also known as 9711 Atlantic Ave. The applicant is requesting site plan approval for the development, which will require C variance relief for building height, roof pitch, third floor deck, coverage area and possible others. Elar plans to build six new townhouses.
The meeting will be held at Historic City Hall, 1 S. Washington Ave.
