VENTNOR – The local school district’s Student Council is holding its annual food drive now through Nov. 19. Those wishing to donate non-perishable food items can bring them to the donation box at the the Early Childhood Wing or main entrance Security Office of the Ventnor Educational Community Complex, 400 N. Lafayette Ave.

Suggested donations include canned meat and beans, gravy packets, boxed stuffing and potatoes, canned vegetables, cranberry sauce, PB&J, pasta, rice, cereal, muffin mixes and 100% fruit juices in boxes, cans or plastic bottles.

Frozen turkeys and ACME gift cards may also be donated.

All donations will be distributed to local families.
