Not only does this meet the needs of social distancers; it also meets the needs of a busy world where people don’t have the time to travel to the gym and take part in a group fitness class.

Smart Headbands for Mindfulness

Another step forward in the realm of mental fitness is the creation of what’s called a “smart headband”. With an aim to make the wearer more mindful, these neurofeedback devices measure your brain waves while you wear them.
