SGLC President/CEO Martin H. Klein welcomes guest to the annual meeting for Seashore Gardens Living Center. The meeting was held by video conference, though employees and residents of the Home were able to attend in person.

GALLOWAY TOWNSHIP – Seashore Gardens Living Center held its annual meeting on Jan. 20 to install the 2022 slate of officers and directors.

SGLC President/CEO Martin H. Klein delivered welcoming remarks, and Rabbi David M. Weis provided the invocation and closing benediction. Newly appointed board Chairman Michael Stark presided over the meeting. Former Chairwoman Shirley Bernstein installed the officers and directors.

“I wanted to thank the staff for their continuing hard work and dedication during these challenging times,” Klein said. “The pandemic has brought its share of unique challenges, and our staff has rallied with grace and compassion, prioritizing the care and safety of our vulnerable residents.”

The slate of officers includes Michael Stark, board chairman; Martin H. Klein, LNHA, president/CEO; Ronald Caplan, vice chairman; Robert Hordes, vice chairman; Michael Weinraub,  vice chairman; Alan J. Feldman, treasurer; Sharon Harris-Zlotnick, secretary; and Alysia Price, assistant secretary. Eric Share was appointed as a new board member. Other board members are Cy Baltus, Sindy O. Finkelson, Michael Hyett, William Kohler, Rabbi Aaron Krauss, Ethel Levinson, and Rabbi David Weis.

The Simon & Sylvia Zisman Seashore Gardens Living Center is guided by Jewish tradition, law, and charity, and dedicated to enriching the quality of life for its residents.

Board Chairman Michael Stark is formally installed into office by former Chairwoman Shirley Bernstein.
