The Atlantic County Coastal Region project team will hold two public information meetings on Thursday, Feb. 10 to discuss the Resilient NJ Regional Resilience and Adaptation Action Plan.

The New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection has launched a planning process to prepare for the impacts of climate change that will include protection against hurricanes, flooding and other hazards. The public will be asked to rank scenarios and select projects that will assist the Atlantic County Coastal Region in preparing, planning, responding and adapting to our changing climate.

Participants may choose to attend a morning meeting at 9-10:30 a.m. or an evening meeting at 6-7:30 p.m. They may join by phone or by electronic device. Access information is available at www.aclink.org/planning.
