Tighe School Art Exhibit

Students in teacher Debbie Sterling art classes at the Eugene Tighe Middle School will display their arworks throughout the months of March and April. This exhibit is only viewable during library hours.

Longport Needlers

Every Monday 10 a.m. to noon. Bring your needle/crochet craft project and join us for a time of crafting and socializing. This event will take place in-person in the Longport Commission Chambers. Masks suggested.  Call or visit our website for more information 609-487-7403

Wednesday & Saturdays Take Home Craft for Kids

Stop by Longport Public Library each Wednesday and Saturday for a take home craft. Crafts include doorhangers, bracelets and more. Most crafts include all materials required. Ages 3-8, adult assistance may be required for some crafts. Call Longport Public Library with any questions 609-487-7403

Every Wednesday, 9:30 a.m. and Saturday at 1 p.m. – Open Gaming

Tuesday, March 1 at 6:30 p.m. –  Family Friendly Bingo

Friends and family of all ages are invited to participate in our Family-Friendly Bingo! Multiple rounds with different patterns, and at least one winner in each round. Nancy McMonagle will lead participants in the art of painting pilsner glasses.  This event will take place at the Church of the Redeemer, Guild Hall. Masks suggested. Friday March 18 & 25 at 2 p.m. – Adult Craft – Stained Glass

Instructors from Ocean City Arts Center will present an adult craft program using   stained glass medium.  This is a two part class and attendance is required for both classes. This event will take place in the Longport Commission Chambers. Masks suggested.
