Join the Beach Bonfire and pizza party Saturday, May 21 on the beach in Margate.

MARGATE – The Margate Mothers Association will hold its second annual Beach Bonfire pizza party starting at 4 p.m. Saturday, May 21 on the beach between Huntington and Granville avenues.

Residents are asked to bring their own coolers, beach chairs and the family for this fun event being supported by the city, Colmar True Value hardware store and the Margate City Fire Department.

The group will raise funds for the annual July 4 fireworks display by selling pizza, candy and refreshments. Donations will also be collected to support the Boys and Girls Club of Atlantic City.

Jonuzi’s pizzas must be ordered before May 19. Pies are $20 and can be ordered and paid for on Venmo @Margate-Mothers. Register and pay for the number of pizzas needed and enter the family name.

Another bonfire will be held June 25 during the Margate Business Association’s annual Beachstock: The Planet’s Biggest Beach Party.
