MARGATE – The Milton & Betty Katz JCC of Atlantic County will host an Open House and Job Fair 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Sunday, May 22 at the JCC, 501 N. Jerome Ave.
The community is welcome to attend this free event to learn about the facility, group fitness classes, personal training, sports and recreation leagues, programs for adults, early childhood plus services and events.
Open House attendees will enjoy free 30 minute classes, activities in the gymnasium and Star Fitclub classes all day. They will also tour the facility, which includes a saltwater indoor pool, racquetball court, state-of-the-art fitness center, Star Fitclub studio, a full sized basketball court, outdoor pool, boutiquenstyle fitness studios, group exercise classrooms and an Early Childhood Center.
During the Open House, Camp by the Sea will host a Job Fair in the auditorium. Job seekers will have on-the-spot interviews to fill positions for this summer’s camp season, including junior counselors, counselors, senior counselors, nurses, specialists (Art/Sports/STEM/Others), lifeguards, special needs counselors, and division heads. Those hired will receive a free fitness center membership. Those who complete the entire camp schedule, June 22 to Aug. 19, will also receive a $250 bonus.
Those who sign up for a membership will receive a 10% discount. Current members who bring a friend to the event will receive one month free when their friend signs up for an annual membership.
