Atlantic County offers adult and child COVID-19 vaccination clinics in Northfield and Hammonton.

Children ages 6 months to 18 years can receive the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccines at several new child vaccination clinics provided by the Atlantic County Division of Public Health.

The free child vaccination clinics will be held 1-3 p.m. each Thursday beginning June 30 at 201 S. Shore Road in Northfield, and 10 a.m. to noon the first Thursday of each month beginning July 7 at 310 Bellevue Ave. in Hammonton. Appointments are required for these child vaccination clinics and can be made by calling 609-645-7700, ext. 4500.

An additional child vaccination clinic will be held 10 a.m. to noon Monday, July 11 in Atlantic City at the All Wars Memorial Building, 1510 Adriatic Ave. Appointments are not required for this clinic.

All child vaccination clinics will include the recently approved Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine for ages 6 months to 4 years. The vaccine is provided in a primary series of three doses in which the initial two doses are administered three weeks apart followed by a third dose administered at least eight weeks after the second dose.

The Division of Public Health will also continue to offer Pfizer, Moderna and J&J vaccines for residents ages 18+ each 9 a.m. to noon Tuesday at 201 S Shore Road in Northfield and 10 a.m. to noon the first and third Tuesday of the month at 310 Bellevue Ave. in Hammonton. No appointments are needed.

Participants are reminded that face masks are required for entrance to all vaccination clinics as well as proof of prior COVID-19 vaccinations.
