File/Margate City Fire Department Open House July 2021.
MARGATE – The city’s annual Fire Department Open House that was postponed due to inclement weather has been rescheduled.
The open house, an annual tradition enjoyed by some of the city’s youngest residents, will be held 6:30 p.m. Monday, July 18 in the parking lot behind the Margate City Public Library, 8100 Atlantic Ave. between Hungtinton and Granville avenues.
The event includes interactive fire safety demonstrations, water cannons, giveaways, food and drinks, and children will be able to climb aboard different fire apparatus.
The event is free and open to the public.
