VENTNOR – You can learn to play chess during a Chess Camp being held 9 a.m. to noon July 25-29 at the Ventnor Library. Ventnor Recreation is offering the summer camp for boys and girls ages 7-12, which is an ideal time to learn the game of chess.
The class will be taught by a U.S. Chess Federation certified chess instructor who has more than 20 years of experience teaching chess locally and nationally.
Participants are encouraged to bring their own snacks.
The registration fee is $225 per child.
