Margate Trunk or Treat 2021.

The Margate Education Foundation will host its annual Monster Mile starting at 5 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 21 at the Sigmund Rimm Recreation Complex.

The event includes music, pizza and prizes and an age-group run around the baseball fields. Children in grades K-2 will step off at 5 p.m., with grades 3-5 following at 5:15 p.m. Middle schoolers in grades 6-8 will start their jog at 5:30 p.m. The course includes three loops around the field.

Later that evening, the Margate City Police Department and the Margate Mothers Association will hold their second annual Trunk or Treat starting at 6:30 p.m. at the Eugene A. Tighe Middle School parking lot. Along with lots of treats for costumed characters, the event includes a coat drive for those who need them.
