Provided/MBCA honored Atlantic City Superheroes at a gala held Oct. 27, 2022.

ATLANTIC CITY – The Metropolitan Business and Citizens Association celebrated its 31st anniversary at its Installation/Awards Gala Oct. 27 at the Golden Nugget Casino, Hotel & Marina with over 800 attendees.

Atlantic City Mayor Marty Small Sr. swore-in board members, including new board member Wendy Bartlett of Ventnor, vice president of Fulton Bank. The MBCA board is comprised of members of various small and large businesses, non-profits, along with residents and casino leaders.

Master of Ceremonies Lloyd Levenson of Margate spoke to a packed house at the MBCA 31st Installation/Awards Gala at the Golden Nugget.

MBCA also honored its own Atlantic City Superheroes from business, job creation, and non-profit education organizations. They Included the Steel Pier, Atlantic City Chapter of the NAACP, The Atlantic City Police Foundation, Chester’s Special Events and Flowers, Atlantic City Boys & Girls Club, Orange Loop developers, and African American Heritage Museum of Southern New Jersey.

MBCA serves the Greater Atlantic City Region.
