Sun Country Airlines will expand its routes to ACY.

MINNEAPOLIS – Sun Country Airlines announced Nov. 15 that it would offer new nonstop routes from Minneapolis-St. Paul Airport (MSP) to Atlantic City International Airport (ACY) starting May 1, 2023.

Atlantic City is one of 15 new nonstop routes around the country and is one of the largest expansions in the airline’s history.

“We are excited to continue our growth to top leisure destinations across the country,” Chief Revenue Officer Grant Whitney said in a statement. “We look forward to connecting our guests to their favorite people and places to create lifelong memories and transformative experiences.”

Sun Country operates 120 routes serving 90 airports in the US, Mexico, Central America, Canada and the Caribbean. Flights include free in-flight entertainment, complimentary non-alcoholic beverages, a mobile friendly website, self-service tools and new interiors on each aircraft.

The Atlantic City route will operate twice weekly on Mondays and Fridays. The airline is currently offering one-way flights at $69.

Sun Country, based in Minnesota, is a hybrid low cost air carrier.
