Ventnor Police will be onsite during the holiday parade.

The Ventnor City Police Department has issued a travel advisory beginning 4 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 3 for the annual Twilight Holiday Parade.

The parade will be held on Ventnor Avenue, beginning at 5 p.m. starting at Troy Avenue and traveling to Oakland Avenue.

To avoid delays, motorists are advised to use Atlantic Avenue for travel between Oakland and Troy Avenues between 4 p.m. and 7 p.m.

Motorists entering or leaving Ventnor should use Albany Avenue in Atlantic City and Atlantic Avenue.

Those residing near the immediate parade route may be prohibited from entering or exiting side streets between Oakland and Troy avenues during the parade.

Those attempting to visit businesses along the parade route will be required to travel on foot while the parade is in motion.

Parking in the municipal lot or for Mass at St. James Church on S. Newport Avenue, traffic will e directed towards Atlantic Avenue starting at 4 p.m.

“No Parking” restrictions will also be in effect along Ventnor Avenue from Troy to Oakland.
