Panelists include Andrew Goretsky, Regional Director of the Anti-Defamation League of Philadelphia, and Richard McKelvey, Atlantic County Executive Assistant Prosecutor. Raymond Royster, ACPO Director of Community Outreach, will moderate the forum.
