Provided/Assisted Living residents enjoyed a special lunch in their library made by the Seashore Gardens dietary team. The menu featured a garden salad, grilled chicken marsala, risotto and asparagus, and apple and cranberry strudel.

GALLOWAY TOWNSHIP – The seniors at Seashore Gardens Living Center celebrated Friendship Day on Feb. 14. Residents enjoyed gifts of puzzles and pencils, and a special ice cream treat. They also received handmade cards from students at Beach Haven Elementary School. Afterward, they enjoyed special Friendship Lunch in the library.
