MARGATE – Bianca Migliacci has been appointed to the position of director of compliance for Jewish Family Service of Atlantic & Cape May Counties. In this role, Migliacci is responsible for working cohesively with agency departments to ensure compliance on relevant laws, regulations, licensing and trainings.

Migliacci will assure JFS staff continue to provide high-quality service and will develop and implement processes that align with JFS’ mission-driven and core values, according to a release.

“We are pleased to welcome Bianca to the JFS staff. Her career expertise, inclusive of commitment to compliance, makes her a wonderful addition to our hard-working and dedicated team,” JFS CEO Andrea Steinberg said.

With nearly 13 years of nonprofit and community-based expertise, Migliacci most recently held the position of Family Preservation Services program director for ACENDA Integrated Health. In addition, she also served as a family service specialist with the Division of Child Protection and Permanency, and school based youth services  manager for Family Service Association.

“I’ve always admired Jewish Family Service for their incredible work and now I have the wonderful opportunity to be part of the agency. It’s truly exciting and such an honor for me. I’m really looking forward to working with the amazing JFS team and contributing to the agency’s ongoing growth and success,” Migliacci said.

A graduate of Fairleigh Dickinson University, Migliacci earned a master of arts degree in general theoretical psychology and a bachelor of arts degree in psychology.
