VENTNOR – Shirat Hayan will host three mahjong tournments this summer at the synagogue located at 700 N. Swarthmore Ave.
The tournments will be held 9 a.m. Thursdays, July 6, Aug. 24 and Sept. 7.
Doors open for registration and a continental breakfast at 8:30 a.m. Three rounds of tournament play begins at 9 a.m. A catered lunch will be served at 12:30 p.m. with another three rounds of play resuming at 1:30 p.m. Awards will be presented at 4:30 p.m.
Cost is $65 and includes snacks and security.
Deadline to register is June 15 for the tournament on July 6, Aug. 3 for the tournament on Aug. 24, and Aug. 17 for the tournament on Sept. 7.
