Longport Police are continuing their investigation into two vehicles being stolen from two separate locations in Longport early Sunday morning, June 18.
A white 2018 Mercedes GLC was taken from the unit-block of Pelham Avenue between Ventnor and Atlantic avenues. The vehicle was later recovered from Bally’s Casino parking garage in Atlantic City.
The second vehicle, a white 2022 Porsche 911 Carrera was taken from the beach-block of Woodcrest Avenue. The vehicle has not been found.
Longport Police advise residents and visitors to remove all their belongings from their vehicles, and properly secure them when they are not being used, especially during nighttime hours.
Police are asking residents of the area to forward any security camera video footage to Ptl. Gabe Guerrieri at guerrieri_gabriel@longportpd.org.
