MARGATE – The 9th annual Jewish Family Service Card Party will be held Thursday, Aug. 24 at Harbor Pines Golf Club to benefit The Lynn Kramer Village by the Shore.

To accommodate more players, the card party will host two game times for groups to gather for bridge, canasta and mahjong.

While the morning session is sold out, an afternoon session is available from 2-6:30 p.m.

“As one of JFS’ most popular fundraisers, the Card Party sells out quickly each year, which is why we added a second session. This year, we hope to give more than 150 guests the opportunity to spend time with friends, dine and play mahjong, bridge or canasta while raising funds to support programs and services offered by The Lynn Kramer Village by the Shore,” JFS CEO Andrea Steinberg said.

Cost is $75 per player and includes hors d’oeuvres and two glasses of wine. Both sessions will enjoy door prizes, games, auction baskets and a silent auction.

Participants are encouraged to organize their own table with friends and family. All others will be randomly assigned to a table. Players must bring their own cards and/or game set.

Auction Basket tickets are 10 tickets for $25 and provide a chance to win gift cards, hotel stays, wine and more.

To purchase Card Party tickets, visit jfsatlantic.org or call 609-822-1108, ext. 356.

For sponsorship levels and benefits, which range from $250 to $2,500, contact Beth Joseph at bjoseph@jfsatlantic.org.
