Margate Community Church Antiques and Arts and Crafts Show, Aug. 12, 2023.
MARGATE – Hundreds of shoppers descended upon the stately brick Margate Community Church located in the Parkway section of the city Saturday, Aug. 12 to find great deals on antiques and arts and crafts items.
Vendors for the 27th annual show set up tents at locations along all three sides of the church. The hot, but breezy weather encouraged shoppers to puchase sunglasses, brimmed hats, beach bags and handcrafted lightweight clothing items. There were lots of toys for children and food was sold inside the church.
The funds raised will aid the Margate Community Church’s mission and outreach programs.
