ATLANTIC CITY – Sea Goddess Healing Arts will be holding its 2nd annual Mermaid & Pirate Festival, a joint fundraiser for the Absecon Lighthouse and Marine Mammal Stranding Center, 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 16 at the Absecon Lighthouse, 31 S. Rhode Island Ave. Rain date is Sept. 23.
The event includes a drum circle, workshops, vendors, face painting and music. Also featured will be a nonprofits’ Awareness Alley, a costume contest and a treasure hunt. Pack a lunch and enjoy one of the last days of summer at the Lighthouse.
