Volunteers needed at Atlantic County Animal Shelter.
PLEASANTVILLE – The Atlantic County Animal Shelter, 240 Old Turnpike Road, is seeking volunteers to spend time, socialize and exercise the dogs and cats being held at the shelter.
It is a great opporuntity for animal lovers to share one-on-one time and help reduce the stress of animals waiting for adoption.
Volunteer hours are 10 a.m. to 1 p.m for dogs, 1-3 p.m. for cats. Volunteers must be at least 18 years old.
Anyone interested in volunteering their time is encouraged to apply online at atlantic-county.org/animal-shelter or in person at the shelter.
